We will collaborate with you in order to adapt our programs to fit your child’s individual needs. Together we will develop individualized plans that focus on promoting the skills that your child needs in order to thrive.
Ability.
We believe in the ability and competency of your child. We will work with you to set individual goals and consistently monitor your progress towards those goals. We are prepared to modify our teaching methods and intervention strategies as needed in order to help your child achieve.

About our Founder
Jessie Vaughn began working with children and families as a direct ABA therapist in 2013. She received her Masters’ degree in 2016 and became board certified the following year. Jessie is passionate about helping others to succeed. She has worked with clients ages 2-22 and believes that ABA professionals have a responsibility to advocate for the people receiving care.
A message from Jessie:
“As a mother navigating disability services for the first time for my daughter I became painfully aware of how turnover, lack of communication, and disorganization negatively impact those that are receiving care. I created Adapt Ability to address these barriers to success and to truly focus on teaching children and adults the skills they need to thrive, while celebrating each of our unique differences.”
When Jessie is not seeing clients, she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her family.
